About Us
MCEMSS is a 911 response system with no pre-arranged transports to places other than the ER. In addition, we provide continuing education, ALS, and BLS classes for medics, nurses, doctors and the general public
We are one of the largest 911 services in the Gulf Coast region, covering more than 1400 square miles.
Communities served: Dauphin Island, Fowl River, Bayou La Batre, Grand Bay, Coden, Alabama Port, Theodore, Seven Hills, Tanner Williams, Wilmer, Semmes, Georgetown, Chunchula, Citronelle, Turnerville, Mt. Vernon, Creola, Axis, Satsuma, Saraland, Chickasaw, Prichard, Eight Mile, and all other areas outside the City limits of Mobile.
Official Emergency Medical Provider
We are the official emergency medical provider of USA Jaguar football, multiple community parades, high school football, and others.

Sign Up For Training
Mobile County EMS is a Training Center for the American Heart Association (BLS\CPR, ACLS, PALS) as well as a training site for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (PHTLS, AMLS, EPC, TCCC). We also offer “Stop The Bleed” through the American College of Surgeons and the ACS Committee on Trauma.
